We collect rent on behalf of the landlord and pay the landlord in full on the 10th of every month regardless of whether some tenants have paid us or not. We handle the late tenants ourselves and remove that burden from the landlord for a commission of 8% of the gross monthly income which is deducted from the Landlord’s monthly remittance.

We also can carry out repairs and other property needs at our cost in in consultation with the landlord and deduct that cost from the net monthly remittance due to the landlord.

We can also in consultation with the landlord carry out eviction proceedings on behalf of the landlord and recover the same costs from the net monthly remittance.
